We stayed for 2 night and we liked our stay. Excellent, comfy setting just next door to the train station, the center and the conference centre. Had bidet in large bathroom.

Fast check in, everything spotless, all in all it was cozy apartment. Staff were delightfully helpful people. Service was friendly as was the easy check-out experience. Rooms were immaculate and airy, captivating views.

Came in Lugano to explore new places, this apartment was fantastic base for making it happen. Free WiFi was a plus. Room was clean. Surrounding of the property was residential. A 15-minute walk from the train station.
